What is “Benefits That Benefit Children?”
Benefits That Benefit Children is a cause marketing campaign that supports children’s hospitals throughout the country. It was created by National Benefit Partners (NBP), an independent employee benefits distribution organization.
Benefits That Benefit Children provides donations to children’s hospital foundations when employers choose to offer certain best-in-class voluntary benefits from top rated providers.
We call these employers “Children’s Champions.”
This unique cause marketing program creates a winning combination for employers, employees, and the health of children in the community.
How does the program work?
For each Children’s Champion employer that chooses to offer one or more benefits on a voluntary basis, a donation* is made to the children’s hospital foundation for every eligible employee that is offered the benefit(s).
The funding grows as the number of participating Children’s Champions businesses grow year after year. No purchase is required to receive the donation* and there is no cost to the Children’s Champion employers or employees.
* Only one donation will be made per eligible employee who attends an enrollment meeting for a newly offered voluntary benefit
